INTERPRETATION...............
The collection of pictures posted here belongs to Kericho
Governor H.E Prof. Paul Chepkwony in different occasions in his home County
taken in a span of one month.
Professionals in politics and psychology may have same or
varied interpretation of the same pictures as well as locals of the County
depending on their affiliation.
What we know is that this happens when we have less than 14 months
to the next General elections which has attracted Richard Langat and Frankline
Bett who are perceived to be projects of Jubilee top brass.
Of late Chepkwony has been either restless or industrious
hitting all parts of the County promising and giving out money in support of
individuals and various institutions.
For now, we have no details but we will update you in due
course.
